The service
SiteWhisper provides tools to crawl URLs you specify, store extracted text, and serve an embeddable chat widget that answers visitor questions using that material and third-party AI services. Features and limits depend on your plan.
Your responsibilities
- You have the rights needed to crawl and process the URLs you add.
- You will not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
- You are responsible for your own site content, privacy notices to end users, and compliance with applicable laws.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; do not use it to harvest third-party sites without permission; do not transmit malware or abusive content through the widget.
Fees
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at checkout. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". AI-generated answers may be inaccurate or incomplete. You remain responsible for critical or regulated advice; do not rely on the widget as the sole source of truth for legal, medical, or financial decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteWhisper is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using SiteWhisper at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or risk to the platform.
